Notes:
I knew these tunes had to have names! Thanks to
Knurek for pointing me at the X68 version's
music - the tunes are used slightly differently
there, though, and the Stage 4A tune from this
version is nowhere to be found. The Level 4
boss theme also became the Continue tune...

Thanks to Danuro for pointing me at Tomomi
Otani's website, where we find that Stage 4A's
tune has a name.

Some damn fine tracks here. "A Ray of Hope" is
